Good questions make
good choices.
Use the guide below for practical details. If your project is unusual, send us the product link and we can look at it with you.
How do I measure a replacement handle?
Measure from the centre of one fixing hole to the centre of the next. Compare that centre distance with the product option. Total length is measured outside to outside.
Can I ask about a different size or quantity?
Yes. Include the product link, quantity, destination and timing in the project enquiry so the correct option can be checked.
Which finish should I choose?
Start with the room: natural wood softens, black creates contrast, and brass adds warmth.
Can I get help before ordering?
Yes. Use the project enquiry page for product questions, colour matching, sizing and larger project requirements.
Where can I see the full collection?
Browse all current hardware in the collection page. Search helps narrow the selection by type, finish and keywords.
